COVID-19 Update
Just to update you all following the current situation in the UK with COVID-19.
We are still accepting and processing orders. We work in a self contained building that is not open to the public and are taking it in turns to print and dispatch orders, making sure we are not in contact with each other (which is quite nice).
As a result, there may be a delay in processing orders resulting in a dispatch time of up to four business days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Royal Mail are still collecting our parcel bags at a very safe distance and doing contactless delivery to our customers. Please note, deliveries may be subject to a delay once they leave as the Royal Mail workload has increased with less staff being available. They are also advising of severe delays to services and we are not able to provide any additional information other than what is on their website.
